Description
The symbol of Krakow - the city's coat of arms - was placed just before the main altar, in a bronze gateway from 1681 cast in Nysa, enclosing the communion balustrade. It is juxtaposed with the crowned Eagle of the Janina coat of arms of King Jan III Sobieski.
