- At the principal altar the sculpture of Mother Mary occupies a place to the left of the Cross. (heraldically to the right). Mary as Mother of Jesus is depicted as a standing figure whose face expresses her great pain. She is dressed in a garment of red and golden pale. While she raises her right hand she is propping up a golden overcoat with a dark blue lining.
