Description

The full-figure statue of St John the Baptist is located in the centre of the main organ. Shown in a dynamic pose, the saint makes a gesture of blessing with his right hand while at the same time pointing with it to the altar with the scene 'Ecce homo', which once stood in the centre of the lectorium, combining the symbolism of the organ decoration with the religious meaning of the altar.
