- The portrait was originally accompanied by the inscription: 'In monte ex muro templum construxit et emit / Hermsdorf ac Braunau, gaudet amore Dicis. / Ire ad concilium mandat Basilense Priorem / Obtinet hinc multa, astra mitra negatur ei". He erected a stone church [of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary] on Górka. He bought Łukawy (near Żary) and Brunów (near Lubin). He enjoyed the favour of the Duke. He sent his prior to the Council of Basel. He did much, but did not receive the mitre.
