Description

Created in 1685, the panel in the far left wall of the lectorium depicts the Hebrews gathering manna sent by God during their journey through the desert to the Promised Land. This alludes to the symbolic content of the altar now located in the south aisle, and which originally formed the centrepiece of the lectorium.
