- Description
- The upper decorative part of the five-axis wavy-line prospect consists of three concave-convex pipe towers. The whole is supported by a double wavy cornice. The individual parts are separated by slender pilasters. The towers are crowned with sections of beam and cornice. The inside of the field is enclosed by frail cornices with Rococo ornaments. The side towers of the prospect are higher than the central ones. The prospect decoration consists of gilded rocaille motifs in the form of earlets on the sides. There are wavy line cockings above the pipes of the towers and sculptural motifs in the finial. On the axis of the central turret the prospect is crowned by an oval cartouche with Marian emblems. The cartouche is surrounded by rocaille motifs. Above the side turrets stand a pair of fanciful Rococo vases. 14-voice organ. The organ, which dates from 1912 and was designed by Kazimierz Żebrowski, was restored and put into service in December 2018. During this rebuilding, the dummy pipes located in the prospect were replaced with playing pipes, voiced by a Pryncypal 8′. The instrument also gained a linguistic voice, the Oboe 8′. Currently, this organ is operated with a playing table, which has two manuals and a pedal.
