Description: Saint Jerome in a standing pose, depicted wearing cardinal's liturgical vestments. On his head is a cardinal's hat, and in his right hand is a pastoral crowned with a double cross. The saint's left hand holds a closed book. At the foot of the figure, to the left, a lion's head is visible as a symbol of the desert.
