- Description
- This is a fully relief sculpture of Moses which finds itself to the left of the altar’s crown (heraldically to the right). The figure of Moses keeps a tablet with Ten Commandments with his left hand while he raises his right one. Above his forehead one can see two curls(forelocks) imitating horns which should be associated with a mistaken translation of the Bible in which a Hebrew word meaning "radiant" was translated into "horny".
