Description: A complex presentation of the Golden Legend. In the background, we can see a ship which did not manage to return to the port before the storm. Distraught sailors prayed to St. Nicholas and the Saint himself came to help. However, the sailors did not recognise him. When they returned to the land, they reached the Church of St. Nicholas, recognised him and gave him thanks.
